Designed for full frame sensors, the new Sigma 28-45mm zoom features a large bright max aperture of 1.8, HLA high speed autofocus and weather resistant construction. These prices are for the Sony E-mount (FE) version of this lens.
The DG DN marking denotes a lens designed for full frame (DG) mirrorless cameras (DN), so this is an ideal match with full frame sensor Sony FE cameras, but Sigma DG lenses can also be used on Sony E-mount cameras with smaller APS-C size sensors (where you will see a crop factor, effectively increasing the focal length).
