Always helpful, responding to queries and offering good alternative suggestions, new stock prices are competitive and there are occasional bargains to be found in their pre used section, so far I have acquired pre used two lenses and a rucksack in pristine condition at good prices, especially handy for me as both branches are convenient for me to visit.

Used for the first time to order a Canon G1X, ordered on website on Sunday evening camera arrived midday Tuesday. Superb service and unexpected free case for camera. Will definitely consider them in future

Ordered my canon 40d over the phone
UK stock placed my order 3pm on the Thursday
They rang me back to confirm my order with special deliver instructions just incase I was out .My new Eos 40d turn up 2:30pm the next day not bad for free delivery
I ordered the body only, it came in a with lens box and was opened. But I got what I wanted and if they buy packaged cameras and split them it keeps the cost down so.

Have used several times. Good service and communication. Up to date stock levels on website. Cheaper than average for most things though not the very cheapest. Never had any problems at all. Highly recommended.

Ive been using the Newbury branch of T4 Cameras for over 10 years. They have a good range of stock and items from other branches dont take long to arrive at Newbury if another branch has what you want. The staff have excellent product knowledge and they do keep their staff, so you can have a good working relationship with them.
Prices never seem to be the cheapest no most expensive, but remain competitive non-the-less.
Interesting range of second-hnad equipment worth checking over, and several second-hnad cameras, lenses, etc have been bought from them and never a problem with the quality of them.
I can thoroughly recommend them for those who still want service by knowledgeable people at the camera store. If youre buying soley on price alone where nothing else is of any interest, this isnt the store for you. But, otherwise, Ive always found them to be a good, reputeable, established company to deal with.
