Camera Centre UK Shop Reviews

Now I know there have been some poor reviews of this retailer on various review sites, but I found their service to be excellent in this case. Having checked on their website that one was in stock at about £50 less than some other retailers, I ordered a new Sony 16-35mm f4 FE ZA OSS after closing time online on Wednesday evening and it was delivered free via DHL about 12:30 today (Friday). It was well packed and in the correct Sony package. So, no complaints and on this basis I rate their online service as excellent.

I bought my last DSLR from this shop many years ago and was impressed with their range or equipment in such a small shop. Now Im on the hunt for a new camera I went to hunt them down for some advice - I was pleasantly surprised to see theyd relocated across the arcade and had a shop which is now 3 times larger and packed full of bags, tripods and all that youd expect from a decent camera store.

Even though the shop was busy one of the staff acknowledged I was there and said shed be with me shortly - she then pulled over someone else to help me and he was exceptionally helpful.

I have to say, this is likely to be the shop Ill buy the D810 from... theyll price match, and do what they can to make it a sweet package.
