Having had some considerable dealings with the staff at SRS relating to part exchanging my used Nikon DSLR, lenses and accessories for a new Nikon Z9, I can safely say that everyone with whom I spoke to, were extremely helpful, and gave truthful and honest responses to my numerous queries, suffice to say that I chose to deal with SRS as opposed to two other camera dealers, who seemed to be very selective in what they were prepared to take in part exchange against the purchase of the previously mentioned Nikon Z9.
I would most certainly recommend anyone wishing to seek a part exchange deal to make SRS their first port of call, they will receive as I did, friendly, courteous, most certainly knowledgeable and fair and what I consider generous estimates of your equipment’s value.
As you can understand by this review, I am an extremely satisfied customer, and would not in the future hesitate to deal with SRS again.
Finally, I have no connection to the company, in fact this was my very first dealing with them, and though I am always the first to complain when I receive what I consider poor service, you will not be disappointed when dealing with the people on the end of the telephone at SRS, as I discovered much to my relief when I first made contact with them, in essence an extremely nice company with which to do business with.

I ordered a macro flash yesterday and it beat me home this afternoon. Luckily there was someone here to sign!
The e-mails from the shop were very informative and phrase pleasantly - both encouraging. And the price was good. Thanks to Camera Price Buster for directing me here. They really do seem to be excellent at SRS.

Well stocked helpful and very competitive price wise. It would be tempting to just post a list of superlatives as a review of SRS.

After checking out a number of dealers when I was looking to buy a DSLR they came out top. Maybe Im old fashioned and whilst I have nothing against the internet I find a "bricks & mortar" shop reassuring .For me being able to touch and check out a prospective purchase wins hands down.That said SRSs mail order has a great reputation.

Whenever we pop in for anything , nothing ever seems too much trouble and however stupid the question it always gets a considered response and on the one occasion I had an issue with an item purchased one phone call was all it took to resolve the issue .
