I purchased the Canon 16-35mm EF USM IS f4 lens when there was a Canon promotion and a local 10% discount. Clearly I was not alone - they let me know quickly the item was out of stock, where I was in the queue and how likely I was to get one by a certain date. As I needed it for a specific date I was promised a refund and this arrived within the hour. Whilst I never actually received any goods from them I found them excellent communicators and honest. The test of a company is when things dont work out - I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a Think Tank Streetwalker Hardrive Backpack plus some ancillary Think Tank items. The price of the backpack was the best I could find, after extensive searching. One of the smaller items was out of stock, but they emailed me to let me know, and sent out the main order next day delivery as requested. The other item came in stock the following day and was sent out immediately. I was very satisfied with their excellent service and communications.
Highly recommended.

Bought a number of items from them. Always helpful and certainly know their stuff- just a shame that cant use them more often - their prices are not always as competitive as others - but good to have in the area, we dont have a lot to choose from over here.
