I recently spotted a limited-time 10% discount on Swarovski products, and saw a binocular I had wanted but hesitated about the price. I did the foolish thing and bought it online. Harrisons told me on Sunday night it would arrive at the end of the week, but quickly notified me it would be a next-day delivery, so for once I had to ask them to delay delivery. That really is good service, and with Christmas very close I was impressed. The goods came erectly packed and all in good order. Such smooth and speedy service, with an attractive price, is a winning formula. I think Ill be a regular visitor to their web site, and may even make a stop in Sheffield one day.

Superb service and great communication no matter who you deal with. I recently sold some equipment to them and purchased a Fuji X-E2 + 18-55mm + 35mm f1.4 all over the internet. You can rest assured that you will have no problems when you deal with this company. If you want absolute piece of mind, use them, they wont let you down.

Thats how highly I rate them. They have always been exceptionally helpful even to the point of calling back staff from their lunch to do something.
They also have a great used equipment section with great warranties and great prices.
All in all, very highly recommended by me.

Ordered a Nikon 18-105VR lens from them which was advertised at a low price and described as being unboxed as split from a kit. Delivery was indicated as 2-days as I ordered well past 2pm. However, the lens arrived the following morning and came properly (Nikon) boxed. Great service.
